Below is an overview of the compensation plan we will be putting into action as from Monday 2nd Feb 2009.
Double Earnings
We will Enable / Disable Double Earning Days over the next few weeks to help compensate users for previous lost earnings, the reason why the system will be enabled & disabled on certain days is to help keep the balances level in the payment processor accounts as obviously the last thing we want is to fall into reserve.
Extended Premium Membership
IF you purchased Premium Membership After the 1st December 2008 Your Premium Membership will be extended for 30 Days.
Cheap Referral Exchange
We will be lowering the referral exchange price from $0.30 to $0.05 for a limited period,
We have sent out messages to most users now and will continue to send them out to help re-activate your inactive referrals, however checking the system thier are now not many inactive referrals which is a good sign!
Other Compensation
We will also be giving away promo codes and other program incentives to again help compensate users for recent loses.
We hope that everyone will be satisfied with the effort we are making to help compensate users however we know that some users will not be satisfied and always expect more, however those people have to understand that in these past few weeks we have also lost money and paid out alot of money for the development team to work around the clock to get things back on track,
So that is why we have to phase in compensation in stages and not all in a short period of time,
Also as we have also stressed that we are not here to steal money and we will make our every effort to make sure that every user comes out with profit and not a loss due to the recent events regarding beta issues.
